On the occasion of International Hamburger Day which will take place on October 13; I reveal to you my special Burger gourmet recipe . A revisited gluten-free and lactose-free version; made with Country Seed Bread Schär . A healthy delicacy and not too greasy, since I cooked potatoes in homemade fries baked, to accompany this original burger. And I can assure you that this one was unanimous during the tasting! A moment of taste sharing with my “dream team” Schär . Always behind the lens, my dear photographer Matthieu Hoarau; who had a hard time resisting this mouth-watering burger … Here is the recipe.
– Country Bread with Seeds « Schär ”
– A pure beef minced steak
– A bunch of fresh tomatoes
– Vegan cheese
– Tomato coulis
– A lamb’s lettuce
– Cream rice
– 1 kg special fried potatoes
– Salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and cumin
– Olive oil
In sauce for the fries:American mayonnaise
1 / Preheat your oven to 180°C. Then, on a plate, place the slices of Country Bread with "Schär" Seeds; to brown them gently in the oven for 5 minutes… Then, remove them from the oven and set aside.
2 / To make your oven fries; Wash, peel and cut your potatoes vertically. When they are ready to be put in the oven, brush them with olive oil . Salt will be added at the end of cooking. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 185°C. Then set them aside in this heat source while assembling the burger (next steps below).
3 / Prepare your ingredients:cut the tomatoes into slices; wash your lamb's lettuce as needed, then take the ground beef out of the fridge.
4 / About cooking the steak; apply vegetable margarine in a frying pan. Let it heat up, then add your minced meat. Season it with salt, cumin, aromatic herbs; as well as a pinch of pepper . This will create a very tasty sauce to keep with your meat…
