A little over a year and a half ago, I I was in a delicate situation.
We were having a birthday dinner for my son.
And I had forgotten to buy gluten-free bread for one of his friends who has celiac disease.
I needed to find a solution quickly.
That's when I discovered the recipe for gluten-free bread .
I can tell you it saved dinner! It's very quick to make and, moreover, it's good.
Today I reveal the recipe for homemade gluten-free bread to make in 90 seconds:

- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 3 tablespoons of milk (or milk substitute, such as almond, rice or soy milk)
- 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar
- 35 g of gluten-free flour
- a small teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (or 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup)
1. In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients first.
2. Then add the dry ingredients .
3. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container without a lid.
5. Put the container in the microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
And there you have it, you have made soft homemade gluten-free bread quickly :-)
Simple, practical and easy!
You see, you don't need a Thermomix to make gluten-free bread.
You can cut the bread in half to get 2 nice slices and thus make a nice soft sandwich.
Be aware that the cooking time varies according to the microwaves.
To make the bread even more like bread, I use a bread-shaped container.
But of course you can use whatever shape you want.
