- 2 green tea bags
- 10 to 15 mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of sugar or honey
1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.
2. Add mint leaves and green tea bags.
3. Let infuse 5 minutes for a light tea or 10 to 15 minutes for a stronger drink.
4. Add sugar or honey (for the greediest).
5. Pour the juice from half a lemon into the very hot water and stir.
6. Pour the homemade drink into a large pitcher and chill for several hours.
There you go, your homemade iced tea is already ready :-)
