Yes, with our easy recipe, you will be able to turn into a baker in the blink of an eye.
A good bread without a machine, would you like to try it?
I promise, it will be very simple. You just need to have a little time in front of you to get started.
Contents
- 500 g flour specified type 55
- 1 packet of yeast granulated baker with a fairly short rising time
- 300 ml of water hot
- a good teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil .
Mix the salt, flour and yeast together in a bowl. Make a hole in the middle, like a well, to put the water and olive oil in.
Mix everything together so as to obtain a paste without lumps and fold it several times like a towel.
The dough should not be sticky or too dry:add water or flour depending on the circumstances.
In a cake tin, put parchment paper to place the bread dough in it. Draw the braces on top of the bread with a thin knife.
Place a damp, clean towel over the dough and wait 1 hour for it to rise to turn into bread.
Once the dough has risen, all you have to do is preheat your oven to 220°C , i.e. thermostat 7 for 15 min .
Then, place the bread in your oven and bake it for 40 min.
There you go, you are a true self-respecting baker :-) Congratulations!
Making bread is simple, easy and economical. And it's so good too. Not to mention the pleasure we take in eating the bread we make ourselves!
And you don't even need a bread machine that costs a fortune.
It's true, we don't always have time to make it... so the idea is to make it in large quantities on the weekend and freeze it to have as much as you want all week.
It's a good way to easily save money on a daily basis and eat healthy. And if you still have stale bread left, make it into French toast , it's a real treat.
