In recent years, the chains where yogurt is sold, frozen or not, have sprung up like mushrooms. But these tasty and healthy desserts are also easy to make at home.

Hangop is a real Dutch recipe. The intention is that the moisture pulls out of the yogurt so that the yogurt has a quark-like structure. What do you need? – Clean tea towel – Strainer – Pan Ingredients – 1 liter yogurt, lean or full – fruit of your choice – possibly fresh vanilla pod Preparation method 1. Place the strainer in the pan, the bottom of the strainer should not touch the bottom of the pan. 2. Wet the clean tea towel. 3. Now place the tea towel in the strainer. 4. Pour the yogurt into the tea towel. 5. Cover with plastic wrap. 6. Now put it in the fridge for eight hours. 7. The liquid from the yogurt has now leaked into the pan and the curd is ready, add some fruit and any topping and you have a delicious, fresh, homemade dessert or breakfast.
