3x Vitamin Bomb:Green Smoothie Recipes

These three green smoothies are real vitamin bombs. Three times green, three times different.

These smoothies are very suitable to drink when you are detoxing.

1. Pickle-apple smoothie

For 1 litre:mix 2 peeled gherkins, 1 handful of lamb's lettuce, 40 grams ginger, 2 apples, 150 ml water, and the juice of 1 orange in a mixer.
This smoothie has a mild taste and is perfect for when you don't have much experience with detoxing yet.

2. Spinach pear smoothie

For 1 litre:puree 100 grams of spinach, 2 pears, 1 banana, the juice of 1 lime, a bundle of mint leaves and 400 ml of water.

3. Mediterranean smoothie

For 1 litre:mix 100 grams of arugula, 100 grams of celery, 1 green pepper, 1 bundle of basil, 1 tomato, 1 apple and 100 grams of grapes.
