You probably know the famous pumpkin spice lattes. Completely inspired by this, we now have a recipe for a pumpkin spice dalgona coffee for you. Believe us, it's super simple and so tasty that you'll get addicted to it! It might be wise to make it decaf…
1. Use two tablespoons of instant coffee or espresso, two tablespoons of table sugar, a quarter teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and two tablespoons of hot water and combine everything in a small bowl.
2. Blend all ingredients with a hand mixer for about 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy, similar to the texture of whipped egg whites. Of course you can also just use your muscles, but take into account a longer time for whipping.
3. Are you done whipping? Then you can also add a tablespoon of canned pumpkin (pre-processed pumpkin puree) for an extra taste sensation! Blend in the pumpkin quickly so you don't lose the airy texture of the coffee.
4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and a milk of your choice (for example oat milk or almond milk) and spoon the whipped mixture on top. Add a straw and you have a delicious autumn drink!
