Perhaps you have made focaccia yourself. Delicious on a serving board or with a cup of soup. We can hardly imagine it, but if you have had enough of the classic recipe, we have a nice alternative for you. A pink (!) focaccia. The trend is currently flying all over the internet. And the nice thing is:you can easily make it yourself.
All you have to do is replace the water in the recipe with beet juice. In this way the bread gets a pink color, but without dyes. Curious what that looks like? We have collected some lovely pictures.
