Every year on March 20:it's macaroon day. Since 2005, on the initiative of Pierre Hermé and with the collaboration of Relais desserts, this solidarity action aims to help the association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose. The principle is simple:you make a donation in exchange for the macaroon you like.
Unique macaroons for the occasion

And for any purchase, a 10% discount will be offered.
Maison Sève was inspired by the green color of the association's logo to develop an ephemeral macaroon with lime and kaffir lime. For his part, Christophe Roussel is launching a new fragrance for the occasion:strawberry-jasmine. Here is the subtle encounter between a fruit and a flower:
Many other partners, all from the Relais desserts network, have decided to give private lessons. Find all the information and participating pastry chefs by clicking here.
