Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 SunGold kiwifruit, peeled, cut into pieces
250 ml buttermilk
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon ginger
1/ 2 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree for about 1 minute. Serve cold.
