This is one of the most surprising cocktails that Starbucks has recently developed:the Espresso Cloud IPA. The recipe is simple:just mix a shot of iced espresso, a few pieces of orange and a hint of vanilla to a tall glass of beer (we would never have thought of that!). And, also new, it is up to the customer to make the mixture, because beyond the taste, the drink also has a small effect visually.
As often, the creation of the drink is a bit of a coincidence:its inventor, the American Justin Burns-Beach developed it by seeing a beer and an espresso side by side and saying to himself “Why not? ". For the moment, the Espresso Cloud IPA is only available in the United States and we are not sure that a drink is worth going there and back… that said, we are still curious to know what taste it can have! And then, if the prestigious coffee brand has decided to market it, we tell ourselves that it must not be bad (provided, of course, that you like coffee and beer). The arrival of the drink in France is not planned for immediately, since in our country, Starbucks does not offer any cocktails (while in Japan, there is a Wine Fraggino, a kind of Frappuccino with wine).
