Thus, for nearly 40 years this house, whose reputation is second to none, has been offering products prepared in Noyal-sur-Vilaine since 1986 with selected lactic ferments and thanks to locally collected goat's milk. In fact, 23 producers in the Rennes basin, located less than 70 km from the dairy, participate in the production of cheeses and raise some of the best breeds of goats. The result ?
