Chef Mauro Colagreco of restaurant Mirazur, which has been declared the best restaurant in the world, will cook this autumn together with chef Joris Bijdendijk of RIJKS, the restaurant of the Rijksmuseum. The RIJKS x Mirazur event will take place for one day only. Mauro Colagreco concludes the guest chef series with this. The chefs create a four-hand menu that is served during lunch and dinner. The date will be announced via the Instagram account @rijksrestaurant.
RIJKS opened its doors 5 years ago. Since then, chef Joris Bijdendijk has regularly invited internationally renowned guest chefs. Mauro Colagreco is the 30th top chef to cook at RIJKS. This event will also be the last in this format. After the 5-year anniversary in November, the restaurant is embarking on a new path in organizing events.
