Ingredients
- 3 kg of wild boar
- 1 onion
- 1 kg of fat
- 1 whole boar liver
- 20g of salt
- 4g pepper
- 3g cinnamon
- 6g flour
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 or 2 sage leaves
- 2 or 3 sprigs of thyme leaves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 90g onion
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 30 g of cream
- 1 egg
Preparation
Grind bay leaf, sage, thyme, parsley, onions, garlic… before mixing all the ingredients.
Put in jars with a bay leaf on top and cook in the sterilizer for at least 3 hours.
