This month you can read the story of wild pickers Yvet and Leoniek in Santé. They met at the school yard. During a walk in the forest, Leoniek let Yvet taste a wild garlic leaf. She liked it and it was an eye opener that you can just walk somewhere, pick something and eat it.
The two joined forces and now give wild-picking workshops. Together they wrote the book The Outdoor Kitchen. This month you can read an interview with Yvet and Leoniek in Santé.
