Put 20 cl of olive oil, chervil, coriander and salt in the mixing bowl.
Emulsify the mixture until you obtain a very smooth and homogeneous preparation.
Prepare the vegetables:arrange them in a dish, drizzle them with olive oil, season them and arrange them on a double grill.
Grill them over low heat for long enough, turning them regularly.
Serve drizzled with herb oil.
Warning, the vegetables must be tender and above all not burnt.
