Veal bread with mushrooms


Ingredients:8 servings
  • Paris or rosé mushrooms
    400 g
  • butter
    2 walnuts
  • thyme laurel
  • large onions
    2
  • garlic
    1 clove
  • minced veal
    1 kg
  • breadcrumbs
    100 g
  • milk
    4 tablespoons
  • eggs
    3
  • salt, ground pepper
  • fresh parsley

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to th.5.

Heat the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms and thyme.

Finely chop the onions, garlic and bay leaf and add to the mushrooms.

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the ground veal and breadcrumbs. Then add the whole eggs and the milk, mix well. Add salt, ground pepper and parsley.

Form a loaf, put it in a baking dish, bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Unmold and let cool.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
