Fine mango and vergeoise tart, nougat ice cream

  • puff pastry
    1 roll
  • egg white
    1
  • ripe mangoes
    2
  • rod sugar ( brown )
    3 tablespoons
  • lime
    1
  • nougat ice cream
    500 g


Preparation:

    Preheat the oven to th. 7 ( 210°C )

    Unroll the puff pastry in a pie dish and brush it with lightly beaten egg white with a fork.

    Peel the mangoes and cut them into strips around the pit.

    Wash the lime and grate its zest over the dough, arrange the mango slices on it.

    Place the pie in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. At the end of this time, sprinkle it with brown sugar and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

    Serve preferably lukewarm with nougat ice cream.
