Strawberries Gariguette with Müesli and mascarpone with Tahitian vanilla


Ingredients:8 people
  • Muesli
    85g
  • gariguette strawberries
    400 g
  • strawberry coulis
    20 g
  • mascarpone
    270g
  • cottage cheese
    70 g
  • icing sugar
    80 g
  • liquid vanilla from Tahiti
    3 cl


Preparation:


    Hull and wash the strawberries then dice them.

    In a bowl put the mascarpone with the cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla, whisk vigorously.

    Mix the strawberries with the strawberry coulis, then divide between the eight verrines, then coat with mascarpone cream, put in the refrigerator.

    When serving add Müesli on the mascarpone cream.
