Pancakes:
Warm the milk with salt, sugar and butter.
In a container, arrange the flour in the shape of a well, pour the oil in the center, add the whole eggs, mix well and when the butter is melted, pour the milk, then the beer and the water, strain and let rest for an hour
Cook the pancakes over medium heat, they must be very thin, if necessary thin the dough with water
The garnish:
Peel the oranges with a paring knife, cut the skins into fine julienne strips, preserve in a little syrup made up of water and sugar.
Extract the juice from the fruit, work the whole eggs, sugar, juice and candied julienne in a container.
Heat the mixture over low heat until it takes on the consistency of honey. Do not boil, add the butter and the GRand-Marnier. Leave to cool and garnish each pancake with this device.
Bake for a few seconds and drizzle with Grand Marnier
