Unroll the dough and line the lightly oiled pie pan, centering it well. Prick this dough with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 7).
Prepare the cream:in a bowl put the 3 whole eggs, add the liquid vanilla, then the cream and the sugar, mix well. Pour this mixture over the dough in the mold. Put in the oven for about ten minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the apple and cut it into quarters (16). Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
Remove the pie from the oven and arrange the fruit in crowns, alternate slices of bananas and apple wedges to your liking. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Put back in the oven for about ten minutes, but check the cooking with a knife blade.
Note:for cooking instead of oiling the mold you can leave the baking paper that surrounds the dough.
