A recipe that does not require an ice cream maker, for a guaranteed "wow" effect
Shopping:
300 gr. heavy cream
2 large meringues purchased from your favorite baker
3 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 small coffee cup icing sugar
Recipe
In a bowl, mix the 3 egg yolks, the sachet of vanilla sugar, the icing sugar and the fresh cream.
Break the meringues into small pieces and fold them into the mixture.
Whip the 3 egg whites until stiff and add them delicately to the preparation.
put the preparation in the freezer and that's it! (in the evening for the next day, or at noon for the evening)
Tip
You can put the preparation in a large airtight plastic box. Otherwise, for individual portions, consider covering the small jars with cling film.
