Catherine's mango-coconut yogurt (Paris 75019)

A very fresh and healthy personalized dessert, perfect to start the day off right.

Races for 4 yoghurts

1 brick of coconut milk (200 ml, brand Suzy Wan for example)

2 plain unsweetened yogurts

2 teaspoons of chia seeds

1 mango

2 tablespoons coconut flakes

Recipe

The day before, mix the coconut milk with the yoghurts, the Chia seeds, the coconut shavings. And the next day add the mango cut into small cubes.

To know. Packed with Omega 3, chia seeds are high in fiber and protein.
