ISABELLE’S ROASTED FIGS AND APRICOTS (from the blog www.weight-plume.fr)

A very simple and vitaminized summer recipe for a light and gourmet dessert. I don't know about you, but I can already hear the cicadas!

Races:

3 apricots per person

2 fresh figs per person

A good handful of plain shelled pistachios

A nice handful of slivered almonds

Liquid honey

A few sprigs of rosemary

Recipe:

Wash fruit. Cut the apricots in half, remove the core. Quarter the figs lengthwise.

Arrange the fruit in a dish, open side up. Drizzle honey over the fruit. Sprinkle with a few sprigs of rosemary.

Bake the fruits thus prepared in a hot oven (190°C) for around 15 minutes. They must be very melting.

Meanwhile, pour the almonds and pistachios into a very hot pan and roast them for a few minutes, taking

stirring. The almonds should take on a nice golden color.

Arrange the apricots and figs in soup plates, sprinkle with almonds and pistachios. To be enjoyed warm, it's still

best!

Variation:You can replace the fig with peach.
