A deliciously addictive mix between brownie and cookie
Races
for the brownie part:
125g dark chocolate
2 eggs
125g caster sugar
75g of butter
75g flour (T55)
35g slivered almonds
for the cookie part:
165g flour (T55)
1 tsp baking powder
135g brown sugar
110 g butter
1 egg
100g chocolate chips
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°c.
for the brownie :
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie, then add the sugar and mix well. Incorporate the eggs one by one. Add the flour. Fry the almonds in a pan before adding them to the preparation.
For the cookie dough :
whisk the butter and the brown sugar, Add the egg and mix. Add the flour little by little then the yeast. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Finally, pour the brownie into a buttered silicone mold, or mini cake molds. Then spread the cookie mix on top. Bake for 17 minutes.
