Do you have a fishy smell that won't come out of the oven?
It's normal after cooking fish, it stinks and it stays encrusted!
Wondering how to get rid of that awful cooking fish smell?
As soon as possible would be best!
Fortunately, there is an effective trick that my grandmother used to make the smell of fish disappear quickly.
All you need is a lemon or white vinegar depending on which oven you are using. Watch:

As soon as you take your fish out of the oven, grab a lemon. Using a peeler, cut large peels from the skin of the lemon.
Put them in a small dish. Place it in the still hot oven. Thanks to the heat of the oven, a pleasant lemony smell will emerge from the lemon peel.
The fresh and healthy scent of lemon will gradually spread through the oven and make the smell of fish disappear in the oven and then throughout the house.
With lemon
After cooking your fish, squeeze ½ lemon. Fill a bowl with water. Pour the juice into the bowl of water and also put the half lemon in it.
Put the bowl in the microwave. Heat for 2 mins. Leave the bowl in the microwave until the contents are lukewarm.
With white vinegar
Fill a glass up to ¼ full with white vinegar. Fill a bowl with water.
Pour the vinegar into the bowl. Heat the bowl of water and vinegar in the microwave for 2 min.
Leave the bowl in the microwave until the contents are lukewarm. No more bad fish smells in the microwave!
If you have leftover lemon or lemon juice, there's no need to throw it away! Squeeze the lemon and save the juice as in this tip. Or make yourself a lemon face mask with this recipe.
