Come on, little throwback to childhood. Remember when you were on vacation with your grandma and she prepared the best pastries in the world.
The only fault with grandma's cakes was the layer of butter that she put on the mold to prevent it from sticking. And now you have the same problem.
Tons of butter to spread with your fingers, for a result sometimes missed. It sticks, it unmolds badly and to wash the mould...
Use baking paper, also called parchment paper. This paper, completely compatible with food, is put in the mould instead of butter. You pour your preparation on it and put it in the oven.
No added fat, cakes that come out of the mold without any problem and clean dishes.
Thanks to our advice, completely replace the fats by baking sheets.
The baking sheets are sold in rolls of 15 meters or more. Can you imagine how many slices of butter that represents? And then the butter , we always need it for something else, it's a bit of a waste to use it to polish a mold.
Not to mention that the less fat you eat, the happier your heart is.
If you line your mould well , the dough will not be in contact with the container at all and it will remain completely clean.
