The problem is that it's quite difficult to handle to obtain a clean result, that is to say without ruining half of the icing, and without making air bubbles.
For those who didn't know her, here is the only good way to properly fill your piping bag:
All you have to do is put the bag in a glass and fold the edges over the glass.
Then fill the whole part into the glass, taking care to pack the mixture well to remove the air, then bring up the edges.
You just have to tighten, and you have a perfectly filled pocket!
