When reheating a pizza, the dough often becomes rubbery.
Not very appetizing and not very pleasant in the mouth.
But did you know that there is a trick to reheat the pizza and keep the crust crispy?
Here, no need to use your oven.
The trick to keep a crispy dough is to reheat it with a cast iron skillet:
1. Put the slices of pizza in the pan.
2. Heat the pan over low heat for a few minutes.
There you go, your pizza is now warmed up with crispy dough :-)
Thanks to the special cooking of the cast iron pan, the oil contained in the dough gives the pizza all its crispness.
If you don't have a cast iron skillet, you don't need to spend a hundred bucks. You can find some here in the 25 €.
