Do you like savory pies that are a little spicy?
In taste, but not in price, of course.
There is a tasty one, really ideal:the mustard pie.
Accompanied by a green salad:a treat!
- 1 shortcrust pastry (you can make it yourself)
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 cases. mustard
- 100 gr of Gruyère cheese (grated if you want)
1. Roll out your shortcrust pastry in a pie dish.
2. Preheat your oven to 210° (th.7).
3. Line the bottom of the pie with mustard.
4. Add the ham slices on top.
5. Wash and cut your tomatoes into slices.
6. Put them on the ham.
7. Add thinly sliced Gruyère or grated Gruyère.
8. Put in the oven for about 30 min.
