What could be better than an express tomato-mozzarella gratin?
In addition, it's delicious and then it smells of the sun and Italy...
- 7 beautiful tomatoes of the tomato type to stuff
- 250 g of mozzarella
- olive oil
- thyme or coriander or parsley
- salt / pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 210° (th.7)
2. Wash your tomatoes and cut them into slices
3. Cut the mozzarella into strips
4. In a lightly oiled gratin dish, alternate the layers of tomatoes and cheese, ending with the mozzarella
5. Remember to salt and pepper a little each layer of tomatoes, and add coriander, thyme or parsley according to your taste
6. Bake in the oven for 20 min
If you are real gourmands like me, you will necessarily add little things to this gratin one day, in order to make variations.
Personally, I like to add mushrooms and strips of cured ham to it and, in this case, no need for meat!
