Ingredients

- 400g pumpkin

- 3 eggs

- 250 ml of milk

- 250 ml of water

- 350 ml liquid fresh cream

- 80 g of grated cheese

- salt, pepper

- 2 pinches of nutmeg

- 1 Dutch oven

- 1 salad bowl

- 1 gratin dish

How to

Preparation: 20 mins - Cooking: 30 min - For 4 people

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 min.

2. Peel the pumpkin.

3. Cut it into small cubes.

4. Boil the water in the pot.

5. Throw the pumpkin cubes in.

6. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

7. Drain.

8. In the salad bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

9. Put the pumpkin in the gratin dish.

10. Pour the creamy mixture over it.

11. Add Gruyère

12. Bake for 30 mins.
