An original recipe that will make you travel!
I love to cook good fresh produce and chicken is ideal for all kinds of sauces.
Thai-style, I add intoxicating aromas while cooking lightly. A treat for the Western palate!
- 4 chicken thighs
- fresh coriander
- 20 g of fresh lemongrass
- 2 limes
- 2 cm of ginger
- 1 green chilli
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade.
3. Remove the coriander leaves and place the stems with the rest of the ingredients in a blender to obtain a smooth paste.
4. Make about 4 or 5 slits in the thighs of the chicken with a knife and spread the dough with your fingers over the chicken trying to push it into the slits as much as possible.
5. Let marinate 30 minutes and place them in the oven for 20 minutes, finishing the grilling the last 5 minutes to crisp the skin.
6. Once cooked, sprinkle with the fresh coriander leaves.
There you go, your crispy Thai chicken thighs are ready :-)
