Either delicious flavored skewers costing me €1.90 per person or at €11.44 for 6 people.
1. I cut my cutlets into cubes.
2. In a salad bowl, I mix 2 tablespoons of tandoori paste with 1 yogurt.
3. I place my cubes in my preparation, I mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
4. I then put my chicken cubes on my skewers.
5. I cook my skewers for 10 minutes on the barbecue or in the oven (210°), turning them regularly.
6. I wash, spin dry my mint and parsley then I chop them very finely.
7. In a bowl, I pour my yogurt and add my mint and parsley.
8. I serve this sauce on the side in a ramekin as an accompaniment to my skewers.
Alternate, between two cubes of chicken, vegetables that you like and that you have prepared beforehand:zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, mushrooms or even peppers accompanied by onion rings!
You can use wooden skewers, they will be just as effective as stainless steel skewers to hold your pieces of meat.
