Light and easy to prepare appetizers, I love them!
And when I want to add a touch of originality, I prepare skewers with Parma ham-melon and cherry tomatoes-mozzarella!
Are you tired of depriving yourself when your friends gobble up petit fours?
So discover these skewers that you can savor in peace, without calculating the number of calories ingested!
- 1 melon
- 6 slices of Parma ham
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- toothpicks
1. Cut the melon into 2 cm by 2 cm dice.
2. Surround each dice with a little ham.
3. Prick them with a toothpick.
4. Place them on a nice plate.
5. Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
6. Salt and pepper a small cube of mozzarella cut beforehand.
7. Place it on a tomato half.
8. Prick it with a toothpick to close the tomato.
9. Pour a drizzle of oil on it.
There you go, your aperitif skewers are already ready to be served :-)
I pay attention to the dressing and serve my mini skewers very fresh!
If I don't have time, or if it's no longer melon season, I buy small frozen melon balls in the supermarket that I just have to thaw then prick with my ham!
