My Summer Skewers For a Light and Easy Aperitif!

Light and easy to prepare appetizers, I love them!

And when I want to add a touch of originality, I prepare skewers with Parma ham-melon and cherry tomatoes-mozzarella!

Ingredients for 6 people

- 1 melon

- 6 slices of Parma ham

- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes

- 1 ball of mozzarella

- olive oil

- salt and pepper

- toothpicks

How to

1. Cut the melon into 2 cm by 2 cm dice.

2. Surround each dice with a little ham.

3. Prick them with a toothpick.

4. Place them on a nice plate.

5. Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

6. Salt and pepper a small cube of mozzarella cut beforehand.

7. Place it on a tomato half.

8. Prick it with a toothpick to close the tomato.

9. Pour a drizzle of oil on it.

Result

There you go, your aperitif skewers are already ready to be served :-)

I pay attention to the dressing and serve my mini skewers very fresh!

Bonus tip

If I don't have time, or if it's no longer melon season, I buy small frozen melon balls in the supermarket that I just have to thaw then prick with my ham!
