The chorizo-comté gougères are soft and crispy appetizer bites.
They can only seduce your guests. Plus, they're super easy to make. Watch:

About 20 gougères - For 6 people
- 100 g of chorizo
- 100g grated Comté
- 3 eggs
- 120 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 100ml of water
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:15 mins – Cooking:20 mins
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut it into small dice.
3. In a saucepan, bring the water, butter and salt to a boil.
4. Off the heat, add all the flour. And mix well with a wooden spatula to obtain a homogeneous paste. .
5. Add the eggs one by one and mix at each stage:the dough should be sticky.
6. Include the comté cheese and chorizo and mix again.
7. On the baking sheet, put a sheet of parchment paper. And drop small balls of the preparation of about 5 cm in diameter.
8. Bake for 20 minutes .
There you go, the chorizo-comté gougères are ready :-)
Serve the gougères warm or cold.

And add 10 g of sugar.

- 100 g of grated Comté cheese:€11.64 per kilo, i.e. €1.16
- 3 eggs:€0.75
- 150 g of flour:€1.50 per kilo, i.e. €0.23
