Ingredients

For 4 people

- 400 g of cooked and drained chickpeas

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of paprika

- 2 tablespoons of garlic (or other spices according to your taste)

- salt

- 1 jar with lid

How to

Preparation: 5 mins - Cooking: 35 mins - For 6 people

1. Wipe the chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

2. Pour the chickpeas into the jar.

3. Add olive oil, spices and salt.

4. Close the jar with the lid.

5. Shake the jar so that the chickpeas are well coated with the marinade .

6. Now put parchment paper on a baking tray.

7. Spread the chickpeas evenly over it.

8. Bake them in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 200°C.

9. When they are golden and crispy , it's ready!
