- 50 g lean cocoa
- 40g brown sugar
- 40 g of butter
- 25g of water
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 40g liquid cream
- 1/2 vanilla pod
1. Put the butter in the glass of water and put it all in the microwave for 45 seconds to melt the butter.
2. In a bowl, pour the sugar, lean cocoa and flour.
3. Pour the butter and water into the bowl, mixing until you get a smooth paste.
4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, boil the cream in a saucepan.
6. Add the seeds of the vanilla pod to the boiling cream and stir until well flavored.
7. In a bowl, break the white chocolate into small pieces and pour the boiling cream over it. Mix to obtain a homogeneous ganache.
8. To make the cookies, take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out with a rolling pin to the same thickness as an Oreo cookie.
9. Using a cookie cutter, cut out the cookies that will allow you to make the Oreos.
10. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
11. Put the biscuits in the oven for 12 min at 180°C.
12. All you have to do is add the ganache on one cookie and close with another to get a beautiful Oreo.
