Wash, cut the pink mushrooms into four, blanch them in boiling water, cool and set aside.
Cut the supremes into large squares. Arrange them in a flat gilac.
Add the mushrooms, curry, chopped garlic, chopped onion, coarse salt, cracked black pepper, soy sauce, drizzle with olive oil. put in the cold for 1 hour or 2.
Thread on wooden skewers a piece of chicken then a piece of mushroom and so on. Form 8 skewers in this way.
Sprinkle them with the maceration juice.
Cook on the grill or the plancha for about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with rice pilaf or a green salad.
