Ingredients for 4 people
- 500g chicken breasts
- 2 or 3 green or red peppers
- 2 large onions
- salt, pepper
- 1 sachet of Mexican spices
- grated mimolette
- 8 wheat pancakes
- guacamole
- fresh cream
- a few lettuce leaves
- 2/3 tomatoes
Preparation
Cut the peppers into strips and sauté gently with the onions cut into small pieces. Add the chicken breasts cut into small pieces. Salt, pepper, pour the sachet of Mexican spices. Allow to cook, stirring often.
Prepare ramekins with:
- small diced tomatoes,
- salad leaves cut into strips,
- grated mimolette,
- onion in small pieces,
- fresh cream,
- guacamole (optional).
Everyone can then garnish their fajitas with all these ingredients!
