Watermelon combines wonderfully with feta, arugula and Parma ham. For watermelon cubes, cut the melon into quarters. Then cut horizontal and vertical lines in each piece. Then you cut along the skin and in this way you have cut the whole melon into cubes without much effort.

Handy during a barbecue or a picnic:cut the watermelon in half. Take one half and place it with the flat side on your work surface. Slice half horizontally and vertically. What you are left with are handy watermelon sticks.
