Pickled vegetables

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 6 carrots
  • 1 white cabbage
  • 2 christophines
  • 200g green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large chilli
  • Saffron
  • Vinegar
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparation

Peel the carrots and the christophines. Cut them into thin sticks. Cut the large pepper lengthwise. Stalk the green beans. Chop the cabbage. All vegetables should be cut into strips.

Crush the garlic. Brown the chopped onion and garlic, then add the vegetables. Stir. Add saffron.

Leave to cool and add the vinegar.
