Vegetable candy

Ingredients for 8 candies

8 pastry sheets

seasonal vegetables

Recipe of the seasonal vegetables I used:

3 carrots

1 fennel

2 turnips

2 tomatoes

2 small zucchini

Kikkoman wok sauce

olive oil

a few sprigs of chives

Preparation

Start by washing and peeling the vegetables, then cut them into small cubes, in a Wok or a large frying pan, heat 1 drizzle of olive oil.
Add the vegetables, you can use any type of vegetable for this recipe. Then add 2 tablespoons of Wok Kikkoman sauce and allow the cooking water released by the vegetables to evaporate as much as possible.

I did not salt the preparation, the Wok sauce is enough to season the vegetables perfectly.

Leave this preparation to cool a little to make it easier to make the candies.

Preheat the oven and prepare the plate of your oven by placing 1 sheet of parchment paper on it.
Take 1 pastry sheet, fold it, folding one side towards the center, place 2 spoonfuls of vegetables on the lined makes it possible to reinforce the pastry sheet and then simplify handling, you have to move quickly because the sheets soften very quickly.
Form a roll and close the 2 ends with a sprig of chives.

Place each candy on the baking sheet. Then add a drizzle of olive oil on each candy and bake at 190° for 10 minutes.
