Caramelized turnips and quinoa

The ingredients

1 bunch of new turnips (5/6 small turnips)

1 knob of butter

1 spoon of liquid honey

Kikkoman Sweet Soy Sauce

quinoa

a few coriander leaves

Preparation

Cook quinoa according to package directions.

Wash and peel the turnips, cut them into rings and cook them in salted boiling water, drain them after 10 minutes, the turnips should still be slightly crunchy.

In a frying pan, melt a knob of butter, add the turnips.
When they begin to brown, add 1 spoonful of honey, brown over low heat, turning the turnips regularly.
3 minutes before stopping the cooking, add 1 tablespoon of Kikkoman sweet soy sauce.

Put the quinoa in a dish, then add the turnips and finish with a few chopped coriander leaves. You will see it is absolutely delicious!
