Preparation
Clean the mushrooms and chop them roughly. Start preheating your wok with a little oil, in which you will fry the mushrooms for a few minutes.
Then add the broccoli, pepper, and zucchini cut into small pieces. Cut the ginger into thin strips and add it to the mixture.
Then add salt, sugar and cook for about 2 minutes, adding a little water from time to time.
Idea:this dish goes very well with a sweet/salty version of meat, such as sautéed pork with pineapple.
