Preparation
In a casserole dish, sauté the onion and the pieces of rabbit in the oil until they are colored.
In a bowl, mix the flour, the mustard, the fresh cream and the 2 crumbled Kub broths. Add the water, then pour over the rabbit pieces. Lightly salt, pepper and add a sprig of rosemary.
Add potatoes cut into pieces, if you have chosen this accompaniment.
Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
Rabbit with mustard can also be served with vegetables or tagliatelle, for example.
Wine suggestion :a Pinot noir from Alsace or a red Sancerre.
