Greek salad

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 peppers (one green and one red to vary the colors)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lettuce
  • 160g of feta cheese
  • 60g of olives
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • Oil
  • Salt, pepper and oregano

Preparation

First, let's take care of the vegetables.

Strip the lettuce and wash all the leaves thoroughly.

Peel the cucumber, then cut it into cubes.

Cut your tomatoes into quarters, the feta into cubes, and the previously deseeded peppers into strips.

Chop the onions

In a salad bowl, mix the salad with the tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and onions.

Place the feta and olives on top, then sprinkle with mint and oregano.

For the sauce, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the lemon juice. Salt and pepper according to your preferences.
