Preparation
Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl:rinsed and well-drained chickpeas, lemon juice, minced pepper, olive oil, pressed garlic, chopped mint and coriander, olives, tomatoes cut into small pieces, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate so the salad will be fresh when you serve it.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats on the barbecue!
