Soak the salt cod in water for 24 hours to desalinate it.
The next day, cook the cod in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain and crumble.
Prepare the dough:chop the chives, onion, garlic. Mix in a salad bowl, the flour and the milk then incorporate the cod, the chives, the onion, the minced garlic as well as the chilli.
Reserve in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The next day, add the yeast and salt and pepper. Heat the fryer to 170°C. Place the accras in the hot oil. Use a small spoon to form them. Watch out, they triple in size!
Let them cook for a few minutes. As soon as they are golden, drain them on a sheet of absorbent paper. It's ready to enjoy with a ti punch!
