When you want to eat fish, you think of everything after that it will cost us dearly.
Not necessarily.
There are very economical fish and recipes.
So enjoy it ! Try for example the cod crumble.
- 4 cod fillets
- 40 gr ground almonds
- 40 gr of flour
- 40 g of grated Parmesan
- 40 gr of butter (semi-salted preferably)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 dash of olive oil
1. Preheat your oven to 200° (th.7).
2. Rinse, dry and remove the few bones of your fish if there are any left (which is rare with fillets).
3. Lightly oil a baking dish and place your cod fillets in it.
4. Salt, pepper, add a little olive oil.
5. Toast your sesame and poppy seeds in a pan.
6. In a container, mix the parmesan with the flour, ground almonds and toasted seeds.
7. Cut your butter into small pieces and add it to your mixture.
8. Mix with your hands, then rub to break up your crumble.
9. Sprinkle your fillets with the resulting "powder" in your hands.
10. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes (the crumble should have a caramel hue)
Instead of serving this fish with rice (it would be too dry, with the crumble), consider steamed potatoes and green beans, or a green salad and diced tomatoes.
Bon appetit!
